By accessing or using Takeover, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You agree to use Takeover only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Takeover offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Takeover may access health and fitness data from your device with your explicit permission. This data is used solely to provide features within the app. We are not a medical service provider and the app is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
All content, features, and functionality of Takeover are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.
Takeover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
